Indoor and Outdoor Cold Shrinkage Terminal

YJI/OL-27.5 model cold shrinkage electric cable terminals are used for electric railway 27.5kV single-phase inter-connected polyethylene insulated cable, and the applicable cable cross-section is 95mm²-500mm².
YJI/OL-27.5 model cold shrinkage electric cable terminals adopt integrated structure design and can be attached onto the extractable cord after pre-expansion in the factory; the outdoor terminal uses big and small umbrella skirt structure and is consisted of 9 umbrella skirts; the indoor terminal is consisted of 8 umbrella skirts.

Integrated structure:
It integrates stress cones and umbrella skirts; serve for multiple purposes and quick installation and is applicable for cables of different sizes.
Easy installation:
It can be installed by stripping cables in accordance with stipulated size, fixing the tail of the cold shrinkage terminal and extracting the support bar without having to initiate operation.
Production process:
Seamless expansion is used. No vertical dent will be produced on the inner wall after the product is expanded, which can effectively prevent the formation of creepage distance on the interface after the product is installed.
Big and small umbrella skirt structure:
With a structure of big and small umbrella skirt and strong ability of self-cleaning; could revent possible conductive channels between skirt ends of equal skirt hem in heavy rain.
Multiple umbrella skirt and big umbrella skirt structure:
The outdoor terminal is consisted of 9 umbrella skirts, the outer diameter of the biggest umbrella skirt is 150mm to ensure adequate creepage distance.
