The R & D center of the YeGe brings together various professional and technical talents in electrical, mechanical, polymer, composite materials, formula technology, mold design and other fields, forming a R & D team with complete technical categories and the spirit of cooperation. It has nearly 30 full-time researchers and testers, including 9 with senior titles and 15 with intermediate titles. As a pioneer in the industry, YeGe has successively participated in the drafting of national and industrial standards for 220kV, 110kV and other cable accessories products.

All cable accessories of YeGe are independently developed, equipped with internationally advanced finite element ANSYS design software, and have advanced and complete production equipment and testing center.

The cold shrinkage stress control tube developed by the company has obtained the national invention patent, and has remained the only manufacturer capable of mature application of this technology in China.

YeGe attaches importance to technological innovation, independently develops a number of products, obtains 6 national invention patents, 15 utility model patents, and has 1 provincial-level high-tech product. The 110kV and 220kV cable accessories have passed the product appraisal of the state authority China electricity Union, and the product performance has reached the domestic leading level.
