Product Introduction
YJJL-27.5 model cold shrinkage electric cable middle joints are used for the intermediate junction of electric railway 27.5kV single-phase inter-connected polyethylene insulated cable, and the applicable cable cross-section is 95mm²-500mm².
YJJL-27.5 model cold shrinkage electric cable middle joints adopt integrated precast design, the joint main body is made of liquid silicone rubber through vulcanization injection. Each product experiences strict 100% voltage endurance and partial discharge test to make sure that the quality is qualified for ex-factory.
Product Features
Overall precast and three-layer compound structure
It adopts three-layer compound structure with the outer shielding layer of 3mm thick. Injection process is used to ensure long running without falling off. It can maintain a relatively low surface resistance and the product can be grounded safely;
It can be installed by stripping cables in accordance with stipulated size, fixing the tail of the cold shrinkage terminal and extracting the support bar without having to initiate operation.
Production process
Seamless expansion is used. No vertical dent will be produced on the inner wall after the product is expanded, which can effectively prevent the formation of creepage distance on the interface after the product is installed.
Optimize the structure of conducting and shielded tubes
The arc structure of the conducting and shielded tubes in the middle joints of 110kV and more is applied to the arc structure of YJJL-27.5 model middle joint conducting and shielded tubes, so as to effectively reduce the partial discharge of shielded tube ends, make the electric-field distribution shape even and improve electrical properties and increase the service life;(as shown in the diagram below)
Convenient and reliable grounding
It uses shielding net to connect the copper shield of cables at both ends, which are fixed through non - magnetic constant force spring instead of welding or binding by copper wire. The grounding is quick, reliable and convenient.
Armored recoverable outer sheath is used to increase intensity and mechanical protection and enable convenient installation.
